Prior to running the Wolfetrap Grill & Rawbar, Jim and Amy owned and operated Jimmy’s Cafe in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Well known for its charm and food that was gourmet, intentionally healthy and always evolving. A family friendly atmosphere and always fresh, inventive ingredients made Jimmy’s Cafe a place that kept the locals coming back. Jim McDevitt studied culinary skills and business management at Johnson & Wales University and The University of Massachusetts. His career as a chef grew over the years with experience in several Boston restaurants, including The Sheraton Corp.
